Supreme Airport Shuttle

Avoid this abysmal company like the plague.



I booked a shuttle to pick me up from my hotel. They were late, but only once they were 40 minutes late was I able to get through to them on the phone, only to be told that they'd got the booking time wrong but would be there in 10 minutes (both of which seemed highly unlikely). I waited 10 minutes and there was no sign of them, so I jumped in a cab as I had an international flight to catch, which I fortunately made.



I emailed them to demand an explanation and reimbursement of the cost of the cab (I had prepaid for the shuttle, with tip). I received no reply, nor to my follow-up email.



They are completely incompetent with zero customer service; how a time-critical business such as this has not been shut down is a mystery.

I used the service from Dulles to DCA and it was just fast and perfect. Very friendly staff.
