Diamond Square Cleaners

Every time I take my husbands uniforms--shirts & pants--they charge me differently, whatever they want to charge on that day. I asked them to make a buttonhole and add a button to the pants--she did say they could do it. When I went to pick them up instead of what I had asked her to do they added the same clip that had previously broken off & that was the reason I wanted a button and buttonhole, charged me $10.00 and I was able to pull them out with my fingers as if they were staples. When I asked for refund she said she couldn't cause the computer, etc., to come back Sunday when the owner would be in. Told her I wasn't leaving until she refunded me the money I paid her & asked to speak with the owner. Then the phone rang and i figured it was the Owner. She walked back while talking on the phone & then walked back to the cash register, opened it & threw the $10 at my face. I could not believe she did that and then she yelled at me she was the owner. I was shocked about her reaction and her lies. Good thing my husband was right there with me and witnessed everything. Never again will I go back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I took a suit for dry cleaning on 9/14/2011. They destroyed my recently custom tailored pure woolen suit (coat and pant) that cost me $350 by putting holes in it after dry cleaning. This is the first time it was getting dry cleaned. When I went in to pick it up, I decided to look at it to make sure they did a good job and removed all the stains. I was shocked to discover that they had put holes in my suit all over. I even ended up taking pictures as proof of the damege. I was so mad. The clerk immediately started blaming me saying that I brought the suit in like that when she was confronted about the damage. I asked her if she had seen the damage initially when I showed her the suit to find out if they can remove all the stains on it. She said "NO". That proved her lying to me. Their delivery driver HAMID comes in and starts being rude and unprofessional with me because the clerk told him about the damage and that I was upset about it. I told him that I will only speak to the owner and than I was only given a business card to chase her down. They neither refunded me my money nor offered any compensation for the suit damage. The still have my suit in their possession. They will be turned into Attorney General and BBB for Consumer Fraud. This owner NINA PAHLEVAN owns another store D&D Dry Cleaners in Gaithersburg, MD as well. They also have very bad customer reviews. They are very Unprofessional people. They have no Business Ethics. Stay away from these two places and find another place for your dry cleaning needs. You will be a lot better off and won't get your clothes back with holes in them.
