Delicious Gourmet is a woman owned full service catering company. We have over 30 years of knowledge working in the industry. We have experience doing upscale corporate/government events (was sole source caterer for the State Department) as well as less formal private affairs (used to cater all George Bush Seniors BBQ’s). Where we stand apart from the competition is the work we put in, catering to each individual client. We customize all our menus for the customer based on personal taste, dietary requirements, season, theme, etcetera. All our events are unique because of this. We also have the capability to cook in 12 cuisines authentically (have done events at all the major embassies in the area) and can always come up with novel menu options regardless of how many events you have done with us. We have worked a  vast range of events from government, private, corporate as well as fundraisers. The largest event was for the president of the Previous Riggs Bank for 1,200 guests.  We regularly do events in the 200-700 range.  As a full service catering and event coordination company, we have been a part of planning and developing menus for festivals that lure 100,000 guests, daily and are able to perform at this level.  As far as venues, we have done events at many of the embassies in the Washington area, specifically and most recently- France, Finland, Austria, Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, China, Ireland, Ethiopia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Swiss, Argentina, Barbados  --Other Venues Include: OAS, The Historical Society, Cannon Office Building, Supreme Court, Smithsonian properties, private mansions and homes around the Beltway, County PG/Montgomery properties, Arlington club rooms and event spaces, Bethesda art galleries, country/picnic sites and farms(County Organized and Otherwise), boats In Baltimore Harbor, The Lyric Opera House.Â

Â We have an extensive network of vendors that we have vettet overtime with over 30 yeras working in the industry. We do both social and corporate events and have designed and catered for events up to 1700 people in size. Â
