Brighton Village Apartments

Very good old apartments around 42 years, floors make noise when walk. Management tried maintaining it nicely. Community is safe, some incidents around during my stay but overall it is safe place. Maintenance staff is nice. Management staff talk nicely.



Never had any problem until you say them that you are moving out. Event after 2 years and 7 months stay, management office expect you to give them apartment back in the same condition. Any marks on the wall (kids draw something), a few small stains on carpet can cost you your whole security deposit and you may have to pay extra. Their cost determination is in such a way that they would like to grab extra money always instead giving you back. So keep this in mind before signing a lease.
