I definitely recommend Bargain Movers to anyone. I was in a jam and had to move within a week and on the last day of the month. Louis said no problem and worked me into the schedule. I was told 2 guys and given an hourly rate. On the day of the move, there were 3 guys for the same price. The guys were great. All were quick and pleasant to work with at all time. No damages and everything moved in an efficient manner. The guys even moved around boxes once in the house so that all were in the proper room. Awesome job!!

We had an internal move within our home that was complicated because rooms had to be cleared of furniture to put down rugs before different furniture was put in. Bargain movers was excellent and followed instuctions.They were very friendly, easy to work with and never complained about anything iasked them to do. They were very careful with our furniture, some of which were antiques and expensive and were experienced both in moving techiques and in breaking down and setting up furniture such as a roll topdesk.we moved.

My move was made 10 times less stressful thanks to Luis and his team of hardworking gentlemen at bargain movers. We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom single family home. The team arrived right on time, got quickly to work and finished the move under the estimated time of the move. The estimate we got from Luis was right on target and the best part is the honesty: there we no hidden charges, they do not charge for the use of there moving blankets and or wrapping material like other moving companies do. I am glad we found bargain movers and I highly recommend there services to any family looking for a good and professional moving company. THANK YOU!

We used Bargain Movers this summer when we needed someone quickly due to a last minute move. I called Luis desperate for help as we needed to move within a very short period of time. Not only was he one of the friendliest people I had ever dealt with, he was also very professional. He came out right away, gave me an estimate and proceeded to follow up with me. We ended up having a nightmare experience to deal with with the home we were moving into. We had to cancel/change the move the DAY before we were supposed to move. Luis was flexible and so understanding. His men just went with it. We ended up with 3 total moves in one. I have never, ever, had anyone handle an emergency with more professionalism and understanding than Luis and his movers. They were careful with our belongings. We had no damage.

They got to know our family and our special situation. We trust them and will ONLY recommend this company to anyone who asks for a mover recommendation.

I was a bit leery about an hourly rate based moving company but, I didn’t have a choice due to limited funds. Now I am delighted that I made the decision to use Bargain Movers. They saved me a lot of money.



The two man crew arrived on time and were courteous and got diligently to their work. They lugged my possessions down four flights of stairs and didn’t damage anything but perhaps their bodies. Upon loading the truck they proceeded to my destination and got the job done well below the minimum time quoted.

My experience with Bargain Movers was simply amazing. I found them after getting two very positive referrals from coworkers who also had wonderful experiences. From the very first contact, the Staff was courteous and understanding of my needs. I could really tell that they were experienced and understood the process and how my home inventory converted to the truck and person need. Everything fit perfectly (and quickly) into the two trucks that were sent to us.



Not only was my quote accurate, but the movers moved so fast that they came finished FASTER than the original quote! I have never seen four men move more quickly in my entire life. And they were so friendly. My 13-month old son was a bit apprehensive about the move, but the men actually took the time to smile and play with him as they passed by.



I would highly recommend Bargain Movers to anyone making a local move. Their prices, work ethic, and friendliness are unbeatable in the industry.

We interviewed 8 companies before selecting Bargain Movers. Their staff is friendly, hard working, efficient and careful. The guys moved 2 truck loads of our furniture--including a piano--and everything made it safely into our newly built home. We were very concerned about our wood floors and fresh paint. They protected the floors and walls even though we have a curved stair case. Everything made it safely and was placed exactly where I wanted it. Thank you again, gentlemen. I will use Bargain Movers again.

People might expect movers to work slow considering they are paid by the hour.....NOT so with Bargain Movers. They moved my entire house out and in to another house in under 5 hours!!! They didnt even take a break and were extremely kind. No damage whatsoever to walls, furniture, etc. Great great work!!!

First off, Louis (the manager) offered me a great bargain price that I couldn't refuse. He is very professional and friendly, and appeared determined to ensure I have a very smooth move and very helpful when I had enquiries. The movers were on time and are one of the hardworking people I have ever seen. They were very friendly and patient (as I had not finished packing everything just yet) and were very gentle my items. When we reached the location, they gently unpacked and assembled everything and asked where to put things.



I would recommend this company any day. I was really happy and stress free with my move!

Dear Luis: I just wanted to tell you how happy I was with the recent job. The guys were on time and courteous, the job was done quickly, and I was a happy lady after a very stressful day. I particularly liked the fact that not only did you return my initial phone call within minutes, but you answered my e-mail queries just as quickly when I requested that you tack on a second stop. I wish that I had found you guys 3 yrs. ago when we moved our entire household from Silver Spring! THAT move was a complete disaster!

Called Luis (GM of company) 3 weeks before to schedule move for 1/25/09 and he was incredibly helpful with being very honest and upfront with all fees/costs. The move could not have gone any smoother - his guys showed up on time and were extremely professional. There were absolutely no additional costs/fees on top of what Luis promised in his estimate. Luis even referred me to a local storage partner of his and they were able to beat the lowest rate I had found on my own after calling 10 different places.
