My husband loves his Dr. So he continues to be seen here. Which is an hour and a half away from our home.However the wait is horrible. We usually sit waiting at least 3 hours. One day is was 5 hours. The nurses and the staff are horrible as well. Every time he needs a refill on his medication they forget to call it in, then you have to spend an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved! And it hasent happened only once.. It happens every single time!!!

I have been going to this office now for about 5 years. My reg MD is Raulerson, I have also seen Galloguy (sp,I still don't know how to say it) and McCoy. All have been extremely professional. I absolutely love Raulerson though. They have been thorough and caring and that is including the front office. In all the time I have been going there I have never been treated rude in any way. The only thing I could say is that sometimes I have to wait, which is what happens when you are at a successful medical office. I know that the doc is taking care of someone and he will use the same care with me, which is what he told me when I looked like I might slit my throat from waiting. I would like to say that this office has given me my life back. I don't take narcotic pain killers anymore thanks to Dr Raulerson's care. I would say if you just want pain killers go somewhere else. They are not into Dr shoppers for pain pills, but if you have a legitimate medical issue these are your guys. I have sent my son here and am sending my sis here next. I love them!!!

I agree 100% with Autumn14. Doctor is funny and nice and the PA is excellent. Although office staff is horrific and I can't get my monthly medication on time. It takes staff 1 month (of me being w/out) to call for prior approvals. What kind of office staff is this and what are they doing there, if not their jobs?

Gainesville after hours clinic has THE WORST DOCTOR in Gainesville his name is Dr.Clark S. McCoy and he by far is the biggest liar there is thank God he is moving out of state and I sincerly hope the state of Minnesota does not allow him to practice medicine for all he cares about is the money and not to mention he his great at practicing patient abandoment and leaving patients high and dry with no help in placing a patient with another Doctor. Patients beware I am very serious about this.

From the doctors to each and everyone that works at Gainesville After Hours, they've always been nothing but, very professional.

I have been going to this clinic for a year now.

I feel like that they do not care about people.

I would rather go to the ER and wait 8 hours and get the treatment that I deserve.

The place looks dingy. The nurse was rude. The doctor was funny and nice but when I tried to get a hold of him because my medicine wasn't working and I was in pain, I didn't get a call back. I called right when they opened and when i called 3 hours later the front office didn't give him the message and by then the place closed at 9 and I didn't know if I should go in or wait for a call back. I think the front office was very rude when I called.
