I was damaged for LIFE when a urologist at this practice MANISH SHAH operated on me. I had 3 failed TURP operations for prostate enlargement that caused major penile nerve damage that cannot be fixed--as confirmed by world famous urologist IRWIN GOLDSTEIN in San Diego.....I also developed Peyronies Disease and neither problem was mentioned as a possible complication. He demeaned other physicians to me including a cosmetic surgeon in his own building- he did not keep a conficdence and used insulting language about my physical condition in the presence of his female nurse who was later my student. He collected 3 times for failed operatrions and proposed yet a 4th before I finally left...He had earlier done a failed prostate microwaving procedure (thermatrix) that he claimed worked on 90 percent of folks-- that was $3500 more dollars my insurance wasted at this place-- It topk him 5 years to get an undergraduate degree and his major? FINANCE---what does that tell you mighjt be of major importance to him (and His practice?) I would have been better off to have had NO treatment than to have ended up with my life long damage.. MY advice? don't walk away from this place if you go there now---RUN AWAY!

Id day NEVER LET MANISH SHAH near you! I after writing my review of the horrible service I had from him had to have yet another operation in march because of damaged that resulted from his THREE failed TURP or prostate operations. This was the THIRD follow up operation necessitated because of his "work" on me. I think I would have been better off in a third world country or with a WITCH DOCTOR that with him....Know that the damage I suffered could happen to any other man who conosents to an operation by MANISH SHAH.....His college undergraduate major? Chemistry? Anatomy? Biology?......no FINANCE-- what does that tell yo might be his rimary interest? He and his practice sure raked in THOUSANDS from my insurance company for procedures that did not fix my initial trouble and caused life long damage that can only be stabelized now 5 years later...

I'd Advise potential patients to NEVER set foot in this place---- I was damaged for life from operations that caused problems I NEVER had before and that did not fix my initial problem.; I would have been better off with NO treatment at all. MANISH SHAH did a failed prostate microwaving on me followed by three failed prostate operations or TURPS... i have since had to have 3 additional operations by others to try and stabelize what resulted from his "work"---Know that if you go to this place you could end up like I did-----the past five years have been physically HORRIBLE...

When I brought a law suit against his partner (MANISH SHAH) he could NOT remember what he had told me he saw in the operating room on the day of one of my THREE failed operations....how convienent for him--and his partner. I also know he did not fully explain all options to a friend of mine who had prostate cancer and suffered complications that might have been avoided or minimizede by a procedure that Dr Pirani did not then ( in 2006) do--now that he does that procedure and can collect fees for it he sings the praises of robotic operations......in Gadsden. My advice? NEVER ler the guy touch you for anything......

It is my OPINION that I was damaged FOR LIFE by this urologist...He first did a failed microwaving prostate procedure (he told me worked 90% of the itme) followed by 3 failed prostate TURP operatiions..I suffered irreparable nerve damage and have almost no normal sexual sensation as a result--this was confirmed by world famous urologist IRWIN GOLDSTEIN in San Diego. I also developed Peyronies diseasewas a result of his transurethral operations. I was never warned of these possible complications -- i foolishly believed him when he said his work would be DEFINITIVE THERAPY for an enlarged prostate.; I still have my original trouble urinating and now the additional WORSE complications. He used insulting language about my physical condition in the presence of his female nurse who was later my student-- how about that for "compassion?" He failed to confirm that I was not numb for one operaton and I actually felt him CUTTING on me--imagine the horror of that....against my will, he directed the anestheologist to give me a general after a spinal failed.....MY ADVICE? NEVER LET THIS GUY NEAR YOU>...I took him to court, where he stated it took him 5 years to get a 4 year degree and his major? .....FINANCE--is that perhaps what he is most interested in? From what my insurance was billed (and wasted) that is my OPINION...also when I detailed for weeks horrible testicular pain to him he dismissed it as "infeciont"-- no an INGUINAL HERNIA that reqauired near emergency surgery to fix. He never bothered to check for that despite the testicular pain being a classic symptom of inguinal hernia.
