Absolute Respiratory Care

I had a very good experience with them at absolute respiratory they're very knowledgeable and very friendly

i called this office today to try to get my c-pap machine fixed. i was told to bring it in and if they had the parts they would fix at no cost. this is were i purchased it at and the first one i had. i live 40 miles from this office. before going to this office i called deans pharmacy in centre. they said if it was the heater it would cost 40 dollars to fix it. i take to absolute respritory care, the guy checks says it needs heater, he goes and gets a heater he takes seal off my old heater puts it on heater he went and got. then he says it will be 100 dollars. so much for the parts and cost, he stated nothing was free. i am sure they have a recording of phone call. i go back to deans on my way home and pay 40 dollars for new heater which had a new seal on it. so was i probably going to be charged 100 dollars for a used heater. seems that way the seal was already installed on the heater at deans. rip off either way. the guy at absolute respiratory care stated nothing was free. [ if we have the parts it will not cost anything }

I have been using Absolute Respiratory Care for just over 3 years now and could not be happier with their service. They will go way out of their way to help you in anyway they can and are some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable and have been doing this for many many years. They have all the different bands and types of supplies for c-pap and bi-pap. Don't know where I would be in my treatment of sleep apnea if I had not found them. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Absolute Respiratory Care has the most qualified and professional technologists that we have ever met since being prescribed CPAP machines. We had very poor service from two other businesses before finding out about ARC's two registered sleep technologists. What a difference! They understand our different sleep problems and have worked very hard to fit us with the best masks that we don't take off at night. They contact our doctor and make recommendations that have been accurate. We highly recommend them!
