Nolan Heating & Cooling, Inc.

I have used Noland's for years, I am a Realtor and know how some of the other heating and air business's work. My recent experience with having a home warranty AHS was horrible, having 2 other companies came to do the service through AHS.

1st came, didn't fix the issue nor want to do a full inspection did "Gas and GO" (top off Freon). I told them I it serviced prior to running heat, was told I would have a leak in my coil as it was rusted oil on it. 2nd company came due to the first never even came back to fix the issue, they confirmed I had a leak in the coils. They want to charge me $200+ more than Nolan's did just for Freon, which is not covered under warranty.

I would of used Nolan and Cooling first if AHS would have let me. Ed came out took the time to let me know the truth and fixed the problem right away, even saved me over two hundred dollars..

As to AHS warranty they are still not doing right by clients. Noland's wouldn't do the cover up and they are THE BEST IN THE AREA.
