I have been a Weather Master customer for almost 10 years. Over that time I have used them for two furnace installations (two different houses) and the yearly maintenance thereafter. Their customer service is extremely good and I have been very pleased with the product and the people. They were recommended to me the first time and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new install, replacement or just yearly service to their existing HVAC.

Joel was right on time, which I really like, I do not like people to waste my time. He is a very professional young man - he like, Cody was not pushy as has been the past 2-3 techs sent out to do my twice yearly maintenance checks - they seemed to try to nickel and dime me everytime they came out - I mean this system was put in by weathermaster not that long ago - all the items that they pushed should have not been needed this soon after installation. You need people like Joel and Cody to counter the effects of others like the salesman Mike Tuck, who never did anything that he said he would do when he sold the system to us - I guess I am using this to voice my frustration with weathermaster - this unit was installed in August 2010 - just a few months later on June 11, 2011 unit failed due to the drain being improperly installed per the tech - Jeff but I had to pay service fee anyway - Joel can help change your image in Harrington Grove - a very large subdivision - thanks
