Trina does an awesome job!! Excellent at gel, acrylic and nail art. I drive 30 minutes to get my n nails done and it is completely worth it!! Thanks Dj nails!

On Saturday, June 4 th I returned to D J NAILS to report an infected big toe on my left foot obtained on Thursday, June 2 nd; they refused to do anything.

On Thursday they had recommended (Linda the employee) the use of Austrailian Tea Tree Oil a natural antiseptic for my minor fungus...it is uneffective.

I didnt receive a refund, nor a free coupon for future services.

I don't believe negative reviews are "fair". My experience with DJ's has been excellent...quit wearing acrylics after years of wearing them...tired of them breaking. I have had acrylics put on at some of the fanciest shops in Naples FL and Chicago. DJ's was recommended by a Beauty Supply Store in the area. Tina and Julie's acrylics DO NOT break...and I have been told I am the roughest on my nails of ANY of their clients. If you are interested in the end results, look no further.

Upon entering DJ Nails, I hardly received a "hello". Once seated in the pedicure chair I waited several minutes for my nail technician to finish chatting on her cellphone. Once she came back from disappearing into the break room (where she stayed for several minutes), she was still chatting on the phone. She started my pedicure, all the while continuing her conversation on the phone. When she finally ended her cellphone conversation, she and the other nail techs gossiped loudly to one another. She made frequent pauses due to distractions while performing the pedicure. Then, my nail tech's boyfriend came to visit and they became preoccupied making a grocery list and planning a party. She also got nail polish on my sandal while she was chatting it up with her boyfriend. My nail technician was far too busy caught up in her personal life to pay attention to the service I was paying her to do.



Meanwhile, my mother was getting a fill for her acrylics and another client came in to get a manicure. The technician stopped working on my mother's nails and started on the other client, making my mother wait--remember, the client walked in after my mother had. Clearly, there aren't enough staff members and it was very rude to start on another client when the customer before was not done with her services.



Overall, the catty atmosphere and poor service were a huge turn off to both myself and my mother. We both get our nails done every week and I can promise you that neither of us will be returning to DJ Nails.
