Give you the run around for days and then tell you it don t supposed to last more tham 3 weeks...well wish I was told that before I shelled out 32 bucks for trash...VERY CONDESENDING TO WOMEN...That may be how is done in the desert...but Women over here DON T wear berkas!!!! RUDE! Yesterday I went in and was ignored because the guy who was working had a friend in the store. Then today I walked in and was asked how I could be helped and the man picked up his cell phone and cut me off. I told him how disrespectful that was and he persisted to argue with me. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BUSINESS HERE. Don't make the same bad decision I did. Take your business to downtown Raleigh for a REAL tobacco shop with REAL customer service providers.
