Quick visit, friendly front desk staff, doctor was professional and respected my time and opinion. Will be bringing my family back!

56 yr-old career educator. I went here on 9/12 with throat and chest cold that quickly developed into bronchitis. The nurse pract. was dismissive and rude. Throat irritation had eased over the weekend with OTC, but cough was bad, I explained. I Said I have had bad experiences with bronch the last few years, including coughing fits that resulted in tears to chest lining causing severe pain, and in 2013, a broken rib from a night fit, which was diagnosed and treated in this clinic (and the Rx) so I don't wait to seek treatment now. That one caused months of severe pain. They didn't check. I could hear my gurgling; he said, "Lungs sound fine; what do you want?" I told him the cough syrup Rx that was able to stop the fits before, he looks at me like a drug addict. He told me he couldn't write controlled prescriptions. I asked to speak to the doctor. He finally came in and listened and said, "sounds bad, but we don't write..." It was humiliating. Use your PC phys or ER, not here.

I been going to this urgent care since it open. I was on the way to my doctor because I had been vey sick for two days; on the way there we learned she had left for the day. I turned around and went to Fultontale and that I will go. I the others person cares about time, you can go to Gardendale family care or urgent care. But If yo you want the best you stay with it.

I got there at 3pm. One other person in the waiting room, put me in a room at 3:30, I sat there freezing to death waiting for 2 hours. I have had a severe headache for 2 weeks. No one ever came in the room. I heard the doctor and nurses yucking it it outside my door at the nurses desk. Stuck my head out, asked a nurse how much longer, she said laughing "your next". I sat there another 30 minutes while the doctor sat out there talking to his KID!!! I picked up my purse and left, doc was standing there texting!! Got my $50 co pay back and left! I will NEVER go back there!!!
