Quikstop Oil Change

Pros:

1) able to stay in the vehicle while they change the oil & maintenance. I'm in a wheelchair so this is a plus for me!

2) always friendly & go beyond other 10 minute oil change places.

3) when they review what services are needed on my van, it's always the same as the maintenance schedule in the back of my vans owner manual. I asked the manager, Matt, why they try to sell the services they do. He explained it was by the manufacturer recommendations, not just pushing sales.

4) I have been to this locations several times. the managers are honest, knowledgeable, & the sales person is not pushy at all, just review what is needed. They take time to answer all my questions. Even though it's 10 minute service, They take time to do everything correctly & double check things.

5) when a mistake was made last year they proptly fixed it without additional charges or trying to sell me something else like mechanics in the past

6) like previous reviewer stated, reminder emails & coupons

7) quick service even when they are busy

8) check & replace lights & wipers, check & fill tires, vacuum, check fluids the day of the oil change & anytime I stop by in between oil changes, almost all maintenance can be done very quick also.

Cons:

1) it's a tad bit pricey compared to other places I can go to get my oil changed with a coupon. The price is worth it when it saves me precious time, piece of mind that they will not take advantage of me, & "top offs" in between. Yes I can save money by going to Wal-Mart, but I will wait for hours & it's not worth it at all. If I feel in doubt about a service recommendation, I am able to check my book.

2) you have to ask for them to check the antifreeze, which isn't a big issue for me.

3) this store is extremely busy compared to other locations, so it does often take longer then 10 minutes depending on the time of day.



All in all I will only go to this company for oil changes & maintenance. I prefer this location since they are always friendly, professionally, & patient with my questions. The cost is worth every penny. For someone in a wheelchair this location goes beyond to help me while I am there.
