Absolutely terrible place. I took my kitten to get spayed here, and before an animal can be spayed they must have vaccinations so I had that done first. After waiting 4 hours for a room and another 45 minutes to be seen, they hand me back my kitten with a leg soaked in blood and still actively dripping onto my hands and leg. The tech didn't even notice and I was the one that had to clean it up and apply pressure because she just stood there saying it a hematoma like she had just learned that word earlier that morning. This place seems to exclusively hire ditzy young girls as their vet techs who clearly have minimal education about animals. The wait is NEVER under two hours even if you are the only person in the entire building. The vets do not care about your animals at all. I am never going back here.

I've been taking my little toy poodle, Paris, here for at least the past five years. Last October she was diagnosed with pancreatitis from getting into food that she shouldn't have. About three weeks ago I took her back because she was acting weird, peeing all over my house. Which she has never done before. The day after we took her to Noah's Ark they called me back and said she had diabetes. I was a little wary at first so I decided to get a second opinion somewhere else. Turns out she did have diabetes, but this new vet found a large mass in my babies stomach. The mass is a malignant cancer and it has already spread to her blood stream so there is nothing they can do for her. I advise you not to take your pets here anymore because the lack of respect they have for people's pets. The other vet was clearly surprised that the vets at Noah's Ark did not acknowledge this sooner, because it may have saved my baby girl's life.

My experience with Noah's Ark is that I have gone there regularly for the last 5 years with our 5 dogs. I also went off and on for over 20 years mostly for shots and heart worm pills since our regular vet was way more expensive for those items. I finally just decided to use Noah's Ark all the time. I have 5 dogs. They have had regular shots and annual visits, sutures for injuries, pre arranged surgeries, and emergencies. One of my dogs is dachshund and suffered a back problem where she became half paralyzed. They encouraged me into waiting it out for several weeks to see what might happen and she recovered after about 4 weeks. They helped me along the way with suggestions and low cost meds for the dog. If they hadn't done that I would have unnecessarily put her down. My latest experience was yesterday when one of our older dogs had a tumor removed from her paw. I brought an old preused e-collar (cone collar) that I already had so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. I also spoke with vet about all the items to see what had to be done or could be skipped. They gave me an estimate - but it ended up costing much lower than I expected. A few years ago, I had a Dachshund with pregnancy complications and thankfully they were open on a Sunday for that visit to their location in Cincinnati. They have super nice office hours, open early in the morning all the way to later in evening on weekdays, Saturday, - and Sundays at their Colerain office. What other vet office does that? When I have had issues with expensive situations they have worked with me to see what items might not be necessary or could be substituted to lower the expense. I have always had reasonable cost for treatment. I think it is important to let the vet know what you can afford up front. Owning a dog can be expensive and sometimes you have to make sacrifices to cover the cost of owning pets. I have seen Dr. Glasson, Dr Black and Dr Bays. I have always had the best of treatment from these and previous vets as well as office staff. They operate out of an older building that has some wear, but that doesn't matter me or my dogs. It is nice to know that they are trying to keep costs down for their customers. I hope they can continue to offer such good service at low rates.

After taking my cat to an emergency vet and being told I had moved the furniture around and that was why my cat was incontinent of urine, I went to see Dr. Bays. She listened to me, discovered a bladder stone, that needed surgery and now with my cat on a special diet she is fine. Had I listened to the emergency vet elsewhere I would be suicidal and my cat would probably be dead. Great job!

Terrible, awful place!!! Do not take your pets there!!!

They are the worst veterinary hospital I have EVER dealt with in the world. The office manager, Mindy, is the most unprofessional and immature person who doesn't have any veterinary experience at all. The office staff is cold, ignorant and will always try to rip you off. The docs are the rejects who barely made it through or just got out of school. The techs lie about performing simple tasks such as a temp or pulse. Then they'll charge you for things that are completely unnecessary. I worked for the animal ER and I can't even say how many animals we saw bc of mistakes by fort wright Noahs ark animal hospital.

Will never use this place again! Due to poor advice given to us not to socialize our German Shepherd puppy AT ALL until he had all of his vaccinations, he is now aggressive towards both people and other dogs. Thankfully after his 3rd round of vaccines my husband and I decided to go ahead and take him out. Within 5 minutes of being in Petsmart, our dog snapped at the first woman who approached to pet him. She was also a German Shepherd owner and recommended a trainer to us that had worked with her dogs. He told us that had we waited like the vet wanted us to for our dog to have his next round of vaccines to try to socialize him, our dog would have been beyond help and would have likely needed to be euthanized. This would have devastated our 3 young children who love this dog. Puppies (especially German Shepherds) have a very narrow window of time to be socialized before they can become aggressive towards strangers. Thankfully we were still barely within that time frame and the trainer we are working with is doing everything he can to help our dog. These vets know nothing of animal behavior and very nearly cost me my dog's life.

Do Not waste your time or money. I had been taking my dog to this clinic for several years. Every time I was told that my dog had allergies, and was given allergy medication, it never helped. We would take the dog back again, same thing. Finally, I got tired of spending $150 per visit with no apparent results. I took her to another clinic and within minutes the vet showed us that she has a tumor in her mouth, possibly cancerous, she has an enlarged heart and possibly congestive heart failure, and swollen glands. NO ALLERGIES! This vet is treating this aggressively, he gave my dog prescriptions and there is no longer any coughing. We will taking her back for another x ray to see if there is a chance that all of the symptoms she presented at the initial visit are still present, and if the medication is helping to clear up the fluid around her heart. He then advised me at that time we can make an informed decision about the rest of her care. I feel that these things should have been caught early on and maybe she wouldn't be so sick now.

Please, dear friend, do NOT take your pet there. I know you don't have money to burn, but they will NOT save you money! They will misdiagnose your pet constantly, causing incorrect and/or insufficient treatment. One of their docs killed my dog with an overdose, and screwed up a euthanasia, making my sweet baby furgirl suffer through her last hour instead of doing it right. Just don't go there,please...
