I have received some of the most friendly greetings in my life when going to the Fruitland Post Office. Lyndsey is always smiling and makes every customer feel their importance and I have had to deal with the Postmaster on several occasions do to the high volume of packages we mail and have been very impressed with his ideas, I feel that he has tried to find the best deal for me as a customer. I Love the atmosphere every time I go in there. Thank you for making my shipping easy and fun.

5/15/15: The Postmaster at the Fruitland Idaho post office was very rude and offered no help whatsoever with my request. I was trying to get a package held there so that I could pick it up instead of left on my door due to the contents of the package. He said that it was impossible (even though the post office has held them for me twice before). He offered no suggestions or even tried to help me figure out something else.



I called a Boise Idaho post office to see if they could confirm what he had told me was true. They did say that it would be hard to hold particular packages for the carrier, but she did offer several other solutions that I could try and was very helpful. I really appreciate customer service, especially when it should be there in the first place. Apparently, Fruitland's post office's Postmaster does not practice customer service. Maybe he should think about becoming a dog catcher...
