The Blue Elephant Learning Center

We have been a part of Blue Elephant for three years and plan to keep coming back for more.

I have three children, all three have been a part of BE in some way or another (classes, summer program, after school and infant program) over the years. The staff at Blue Elephant LOVE my babies and treat them like their own. I currently have my ten month old enrolled and couldn't be happier with the facility, the staff and the overall experience we receive. When you drop off your baby to head back to work from maternity leave, this is the place that will make you feel like you made the right decision. The communication between staff and parent is excellent. I have complete peace when I leave her in hands that love and care for her. She loves her teachers, she loves the activities and she takes great naps! She never cries when I drop her off, because she loves who she spends her day with.

My middle daughter spent her pre-k year at BE. She was very prepared for Frisco ISD kindergarten and transitioned so easy into class. It is clear that BE follows a fantastic curriculum that allows the pre-k group to excel once they have started school. My daughter and son STILL beg to go inside the school to pick up their baby sister just so they can say hello and give hugs to their former teachers.

As a hairstylist, I speak to a lot of people every day. I hear a lot of stories about babysitters and daycares within the community. I will ALWAYS recommend Blue Elephant. I know that this staff loves what they do and that is reflected in my babies. I know that if an issue arises, it will be taken care of immediately. So thankful to have these women around my kids.

The Blue Elephant always goes above and beyond to take care of my three daughters! The office staff is absolutely wonderful! Whenever I have had questions/concerns, they have been addressed and fixed quickly! The teachers are amazing! The infant staff is exceptional! My baby is always happy and being loved on! Ms. Meredith, the owner, is the most giving person and will always make sure each student and parent is happy and well taken care of. Ms. Jenna, the director, is a great leader for the school and is constantly loving on my girls! I LOVE TBE! THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF MY FAMILY!

Business practices are unprofessional and unethical. Upon providing 2-weeks notice, my camera access was removed and during that timeframe the director spoke directly to my son about a petty issue without first addressing with the teacher or myself. I had to hear about it from my 3-yr old. You are required to put a deposit which will not be fully applied upon leaving and they make it near impossible to use your earned vacation week. All qualified and experienced teachers quickly quit, the teachers left are not college graduates, uncertified and lack experience. The owner and director act immaturely and are non responsive when issues are raised. They put on a good front to get you enrolled but that's about all you will see from a customer service perspective.

Our little girl recently started attending TBE. We researched many options but fell in love with this school!! I love the curriculum and how engaged the kids are. The director has been very friendly and helpful when we have had questions and was grateful that we came to her when I had a concern last month. The friendly environment made it easy to work together. My daughter's classroom teachers are fabulous. She loves them and looks forward to school each morning! TBE has blessed my husband and I with peace of mind when we drop her off each morning. We know she is loved and taken care of.

Horrible professionalism from the office staff! I would not recommend you to take your children there! They are very rude and gossip about parents. Jenna is also very impolite, as a paying parent i would expect to be treated differently.
