Sheena's Dance Academy

My daughters took at Sheena's for a few years and then we made a change due to traffic and the distance from our house. We are back at Sheena's. Should have never left to begin with. Great place for dance instruction and great people.

Happy my kiddos dance here. Great dance school. Professional staff. My children have learned a lot and have fun too!

Have lived in Frisco for five years and have taken my daughters to three different studios during that time. We have found our dance home at Sheena's. The employees are excellent at what they do and in the few months we have been there, my children have learned more than any other studio. Wish we had found it sooner.

I am giving them 2 stars because my daughter does like the class she is in.

1. As the other reviewers have written below the front desk lady is not polite or nice.

2. There are no areas to watch your student. Most of the newer places have video monitors where you can watch from the sitting area.

3. They do not seem to be very organized in my opinion. I asked for the schedule of the performances and they claimed that the schedule was at the printers. (Why they don't have a copy they can print out and post on their web site AND in the studio is archaic)

I would DEFINATELY recomend going to Sheena's if you are looking for a dance studio. The staff is very friendly and they are all well educated in dance. The competition team is amazing and has won many awards and titles over the past years.

This school is terrible. Rude staff and don't care about children at all. I was enrolled all year and was in tears after Recital. We had to change in the bathroom with wet floors and dirty trash everywhere. Some guy, who wasn't even employee decided not to let me in the dressing room, just because. My daughter is only 3 and couldn't change by herself, she missed her dance and they didn't even apologized. One teacher quit a month before recital because she lost her baby and new teacher didn't do anything, they were making art, instead of dancing. Big waste of money over all $2000.00 for a year.

Students learn a lot and have fun. A well run business.
