Paw Prints Pet Clinic

Went to Paw Prints and had a great experience! My dog has been treated for ear infections since I got him. Dr. Houck was the first vet to thoroughly explain to me what was going on and how we can manage the problem. Very down to earth, gentle and knowledgeable. Staff super friendly and followed up to check on my dog afterwards. Highly recommended!

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS BACK HERE!!! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A VETS OFFICE! Dr. Houck should be fired. She obviously does not enjoy her job or animals for that matter. She was very rude the entire visit to my animals and myself. I had an appointment at 2:30 in which I arrived around 2:15. Yes, I was a little early no big deal I thought. I waited in the waiting room with my two dogs and was brought back to the room around 2:25. The technician helped with the fecal tests and she was great. Then I got the pleasure of meeting Dr. Houck. She entered the room without a smile on her face or a bubbly greeting to my two dogs as most vets do. She immediately looked at my shih Tzu and had not one positive thing to say. The other people working in the office peeked in and said that she had a phone call she needed to take. She immediately looked at me and said see I am going to take this because you are early and not supposed to be here. At this point it was now 2:45 when my appointment was at 2:30. She could have simply said excuse me I need to take this phone call, but again she did not she chose to be completely rude to the paying customer. At this point I told the technician that I was going to walk out and take them somewhere else when I am treated like a human being. After her phone call she came back in the room without a smile on her face and then again starting pointing out everything wrong with my shar pei lab mix. She insulted me and my ability to take care of my dogs. She sure did talk up how fabulous her dogs were though! I will NEVER go back and I do NOT recommend Dr. Jennifer Houck!!! I let the front desk know and they were so apologetic and nice, but will not change my mind on where I spend my money and take my animals.
