This is our third time to rent a bounce house from Jump For Joy. My family and I are very pleased with their service, and my kids love their bounce houses. We have rented a different bounce house each time. Always on time, very dependable and very friendly. My sister used them before and she is as happy and satisfied as I am. I recommended Jump For Joy to all my friends and family and will continue to do so.

Great customer service, great experience. Showed up on time like they said they would. Jumper was clean and kids loved it. I would defiantly rent from them again and I will be recommending them anytime I get a chance.

I am very disappointed in this company and the way they handle themseleves. We were sceduled for a delivery which arrived 2 hours late. When we spoke to the owner, he blamed us for holding up his other appointments, because we failed to answer our call when his driver got lost to our home. We then had to wait for the driver to make his next delievery, before coming back to deliver to us. We called again to find out where the delivery was after our party had started, and were told it would be another 15 minutes before they would arrive. Once delivery was made, they would not discount any charge to us, saying that they didn't care what type of referral we would give to the famiies in our party. I would not reccomend this business to anyone! The owner was extremely unprofessional, unapologetic for our wait and because of their lack of directions, placed us 2 1/2 hours behind our scheduled party event. I think even the 1 star rating in which I have to leave for them, is giving too much.
