Clothes Mentor - Frisco

I just left this location in Frisco, Texas. This was the first time visiting this store and I will not return. This store gives awful customer service. The staff does not smile with the exception Kayla,who was nice. Christy the manager is not friendly , kind nor happy. She looked at me like I was bothering her when I tried to give her some feedback. I guess she does not realize that smiles, friendly service and happy energy = sales.

I've been looking forward to their grand opening for quite awhile and had been there to sell a few times. Unfortunately I had a similar experience as the first comment-er. I do not want to get into details (to prevent myself from getting too riled up), but for a store that only just opened - you expect friendliness and kindess - to each and every customer. Instead every time that I was there, I felt completely snubbed and my child was even scolded once for touching an item. Instead of giving a kind warning since it was the first time, she made us feel awful about it. Probably won't be going back... even though the store, it's selection and the other employees were decently nice...

This was mt first visit to the Frisco store and lets say I won't go back. Marcia G was very dry and unwelcoming to start but I thought let me be nice. Anyway upon return she let me know that they couldnt purchase my items because they had a few wrinkle, which I beg to differ since they were folded in nice tote bags. She then said the dates were over two years which I know was a lie because I still have receipts and tags on 80% of the items. So I have to say she just didn't like me or doesnt like the color of my skin. What clothing store doesn't have a steamer?? I know its a resale shop & not the mall but I really don't understand how Ms G is a fashion expert with1979 box color frosted bangs and 1987 relaxed fit mom jeans! ** don't bother visiting this place**
