Visible Changes (inside Baybrook Mall)

Amanda Miguel is the best. She does a great job. She is very quick as well. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Visible Changes for years, as has my spouse, for color and cuts. We moved out of town several years ago and would visit VC for a new look when we were back home visiting family and always love their work and go home happy. Over the few visits both of us have seen a definite change in VC approach to customer service and atmosphere. A few months ago, I went in to do highlights and was there by my appointment time and was given an apron to wear as if I would begin my color soon but was just left sitting there, time kept slowly creeping by with no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. I almost walked out pissed also because I had my flight to catch that evening - until my colorist finally came 1 HOUR LATER!!! I was furious. Then, what caused me to post this, is because for the second time they made my spouse reschedule their hair cut. First time, did not arrive few minutes before appointment and second time because he was a few minutes late. The salon was pretty empty on a Monday evening with associates just standing around - wasn't that 30 mins or so reserved for him anyways!!!! He had a simple trim haircut which takes 20 mins to do. What hypocrites, if we are not early enough make us reschedule without even notifying us of the policy or calling/texting us that it has been cancelled with a 20 min drive there but it's OK if we have to wait 1 HOUR TO BE SERVICED. I have waited many times after my appt time to get a hair cut as well and this new policy makes not only makes no sense but is horrible customer service.

I drive 50 miles each way to get color by Julie and hair cut by Dana at Baybrook! Been a VB customer for over 25 years...1st at Memorial City and Baybrook for 15!! Julie and Dana are GREAT!!

I've gone here for years for haircuts and hair coloring! They do an amazing job every time! The only bad thing is that they do so well they are always busy so walk ins usually end up with a wait time but that's okay because you can just walk around the mall and shop until time!

do not go To this place!!! Is so horrible, lady shampoo my hair for 5 minutes and so fast as she was late somewhere , then they let me stay with wet hair for 20 minutes, other lady cut my hair in 15 minutes OMG while she was doing haircut she never talk to me and was pulling my hair all the time very unfriendly haircut looks like someone from the street cut my hair and I paid $56 !!!?? For what? For 15 minutes ugly haircut I can get better one for $20 !!' Horrible place!!!

I cannot believe this place has such terrible rating! I have been coming here for past year. Carlt does my highlights and lowlights and Lally cuts and styles my hair. They are great, won't go anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I've never been so angry before! They aren't friendly and they had ne going back 3 times in one day and still didnt get my hair cut!

They are so unprofessional and dumb they can't eleven do a simple thing such as to set up an appointment. What idiots!

Management here is terrible. Customer satisfaction sucks especially since the style u want is sub-par and turns out ugly.

My son has been going there for years. about $25 each time. He goes by himself and they charged him $50 for a haircut. He will no longer be going there again and they are being reported.
