Yukon Jacks

My husband and I use to love Yukon Jacks at first they had great steaks. Then the problems started I am not very picky and ordered my steak medium and it came out very very well done to the point the outside was burnt.....so sent it back and waited a good 20 minutes while my husband ate his steak and when mine came back it was so raw in the middle you couldn't cut it. So yeah sent it back and they asked if I wanted another one at this point I had lost my appetite after looking at raw meat. So they took it off my bill. Gave the the benefit of the doubt and went back a couple of weeks later this time both of our steaks were well done but not burnt so we went ahead and ate part of it the mushrooms on top were another story they were so over cooked that you couldn't tell they were mushrooms and had no taste. So yeah we won't go back....to bad they can't find someone who knows how to cook a steak...the waiting staff were wonderful.

Yukon Jacks is GREAT The salads are to die for.... the meat is very good.... with a great atmosphere and nice people!



It's close to the freeway... so it's easy to get to and has great parking if you have a Truck or RV...no problem...They even have "to go" orders...The prices are good too! We love it...

Took parents to breakfast for their 52 anniversary. My husband ordered coffee, with No refills even though he asked no one filled his cup. I had Iced Tea same result. Then my husband had frend toast with No syrup, he got up and picked one up off another table. My mother and mysef ordered the poached eggs with spinach and shrimp the eggs were hard boiled. We also asked for fruit instead of hashbrowns - they were out of fruit. My father's order's toast came after he was finished eating and we had to ask for it twice. Let's just say we will not be returning!!!!

This restaurant has been a great addition to our community, we eat there regularly! Very affordable food and a lot of it for the matter! The theme is cute and the service is always friendly. Highly reccommended!
