Don't Go!!! Save the pain and frustration

Office ladies nice but didn't say much. The real problem is the dentist. He treated me like a child. Needed multiple repairs, I have bad teeth, this guy just read off what I needed like it was the only way I could be helped at this certain price point. Wasn't offered a different option, so after I expressed that I don't have that kinda cash, but have to fix it somehow. I was asked which tooth hurts the worse right now.

I said 3 have been really bugging me and pointed them out, they picked one outta the three that was easier to fix, of course.

Now I can understand a somewhat cold attitude when diagnosing and writing treatment plan, but what I can't wrap my head around is when the person in the chair says "Ouch that still hurts, it's not numb" any decent dentist would stop and see If he can fix the problem and at least say sorry.

This guy? Just pushed he drill in harder, while saying I'm fine it's numb you have 2 shots, that weren't into the actual tooths area, btw.

I finally got him to stop by freaking out a lil. Finally got him to listen to me long enough to force him to see that it still hurt a lot. He couldn't believe I had two shots about 2 min ago with no wait time and you're still not numb when I cram my drill into it, that's a new one. Well guess I'm a lucky guy. He gave me a third shot in the back of my jaw forcefully, which was quite painful. Then goes to other patient for a good 20 min to let my tooth get numb.

To his pure dibelief I was actually starting to feel my tooth more with increasing discomfort and growing to other teeth when he finally checked in on me. He then try's to explain how I should be numb, but can't believe I'm not. So he grabs the explorer and pokes my gum line next to my teeth in three different spots each one hurt worse and when I felt the last one a scream of pain is forced outta me. He proclaims see you're NUMB!!!!! WTF??? Are you serious!?

I flipped out told him to get his dirty unwashed hands away from my mouth. I made sure to say very clearly that he was hurting me, he still said I should be cmpletly numb.

I couldn't take it anymore, ripped off the bib, and walked the hell outta there with a half worked tooth.

Avoid at all cost. His office isn't that nice , older equipment, didn't hear him wash his hands once, and doesn't care if you're in pain or discomfort. He just wants to get his check and make a point that in 28 years he's never been pinched or hurt from a giving an injection. What an great guy I'll never see again.

I have been a patient for almost 3 months .I was referred by a relative, and are pleased and satisfied by his work. And dentistry always have a pleasant visit when I come in. Ladies at the front desk are nice, they schedule my appointments accordingly Over all I am very happy with Dr. Karimi and his team.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. STROTHER (THE FORMER DENTIST) . AND CONTINUED AS A PATIENT WHEN DR. KARIMI STARTED THE PRACTICE. STAFF HAS BEEN NICE PLEASNT TO TALK TO AND HAVE ALWAYS ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS ETC.OFFICE IS A NIE CE CLEAN ENVIROMENT .THE DENTAL WORK PROVIDED IS EXCELLENT!

We have been patients with Dr. Karimi for over a year. Dr.Karimi has performed several procedures on my children and has done great work. He communicates well with my children and makes their experience, relaxing and also makes them laugh. Dr. Karimi’s staff is caring & Friendly. I would recommend Dr. K to everyone!

Dr. Karimi has been wonderful and has done a great job with little and no pain and minimal recovery, The office is clean ,neat, and organized .Staff is very helpful in answering questions. Absolutely very kind and caring staff, everything went smoothly...Dr. K was very good at explaining all the procedures and answering any questions I had, and actually took his time in addressing all my concerns! I was nervous about my root canal but I felt absolutely zero pain and he did a wonderful job!

I have been with this dentist for the past 4 years and he is very kind and professional. I have been very happy and it's nice to be in an office where everyone actually cares about my health and makes me feel at home!
