I am a terrible cat mom and let my precious Margot get matted. Thank you to Chelsea and Vienae for taking such good care of her. She told me how patient and gentle you were and she feels so much better now.

just settled here! big ear problem with my dog that cannot be cured in France(he had it since one year!). One appointment, one solution...3 days after my dog feels better! no more disgusting odor, ear almost clean, no more pain for him...and carine (the vet) has called to have some news! Waou! just amazing I'm not used to that! and that's just wonderfull! don't hesitate to go , great listening and great veterinary clinic!

THEY ARE THE MOST CARING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH I DONATE FOR YEARS TO THE ASAPCA THEY WOULNDT HELP ME I DONATE TO PETA THEY WOULDNT EVEN TALK TO ME, I CALLED ABBEY PET THEY WERE RUDE AND WOULDNT HELP ME IM STAGE 4 CANCER I WEIGH 50LBS IM OLDER THAN MY AGE IM DYNING I LIVE ON MY SSD I TOLD ALL OF THE SAME THING YOU HAVE TO PAY 49.00 JUST TO WALK IN THAN IF THERE ARE TEST YOU ARE GOING TO PAY MORE AND I ALMOST GAVE UP AND MY LAST CALL WAS TO WATERHOUSE ANIMAL HOSPITOL I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERY PERSON I NO AND I WILL TELL IT ON MY FACE BOOK HOW CARING THEY ARE THEY ACVTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO HEAR ME OUT I SENT THEM A PICTURE OFF ME AND MY OBGYN DR I WAS A STOVE WITH A BUN IN THE OVEN I THOUGHT SEBNSE I CANT GO TO THE APPT THEY COULD SEE ME AND I SENT THEM A PICTURE OF MY BABY TAZEY

If your pet is a critical member in your family then Waterhouse Animal Hospital is the place to take them. I have gone to this hospital since nearly it's opening. My pets have gone for routine to complex issues. I know when I go they will be seen by a top notch Dr. and a professional staff. I know that the staff will always bring in or refer out to specialists to get my pet the best care. When it has been time to let go of one of my fur family it has been handled professionally and personally with compassion! This level of care I have NOT found elsewhere.

Our family loves Dr Waterhouse and her staff because they have always been there for us when we have an emergency. She has been taking care of our pets for almost twenty years and we would never think of going anywhere else. We highly recommend Waterhouse.

Dr. Waterhouse and her fantastic staff are the most professional, caring, and wonderful people you could meet. The hospital is clean - doesn't smell like a vet clinic. The doctors explain everything and give you options - they don't try to force you into treatments you don't want or can afford to pay for. They love our pets. We will stay with them forever.
