In addition to proactive, regularly-scheduled service visits from your assigned SE, we monitor and act proactively to keep your computer network alive and healthy. Phone and email support is provided between visits to help keep you covered. NetCareâ„¢ gives you all the benefits of a full-time IT staff without the overhead. Network Consulting, Design & Integration: this is our broadest set of offerings, from reactive, as-needed services, to the planning and design of simple to highly fault-tolerant networks, our team of experts can provide you with a complete solution that meet your needs. We'll meet you where you're at, to provide a complete solution, including acquisition and integration and support of hardware and software systems running Windows, Citrix, Linux, and Cisco. Voice & Data Cabling Infrastructure Services: design and implementation of structured Category 5e/6 cabling, wireless and fiber-optic systems, and rack-based solutions from small offices, to enterprise level systems. All VNS Infrastructure Services are tested, and certified according to ANSI\EIA\TIA standards, and carry a LIFETIME warranty for workmanship. Unified Communications / Business Telephony (VoIP): We specialize in today's leading network-based telephony and voice-over IP systems featuring solutions from Cisco. VNS is also partnered with the leading telecommunications voice and data service providers, so if you're considering an upgrade for your voice services, Internet access, we can present you with multiple options for services such as T1/T3, Cable, DSL, PRI, POTS, MPLS, Frame Relay, VPNs, etc. And because we've consolidated our business, we can leverage this to provide you solutions from the same carriers, often at more cost-effective pricing than you'll get if you called them directly.         These guys are awesome. Every time I've made a request, they've been responsive and thourough. Our network was an absolute mess - something that we'd piecemealed together over the years. We asked them to come in and clean it up and they didn't immediately tell us to replace everything - they worked with us where we were at, at the time, and we gradually have put together a much more robust, stable network, as budget allowed. They now monitor and manage our network and let us know when problems are coming - often BEFORE the problems impact us. We checked them out before calling and they have an A+ rating with the BBB. Each time they've helped us, they call me for a customer satisfaction rating before they invoice me too. Top notch service and true one-stop shop.

        Hired these guys to manage our network several years ago and have been SO happy with that decision. The folks we used before didn't show up on schedule, and were not able to offer the breadth of services we now receive from Valley Network Solutions. I wholeheartedly reocmmend them!
