I walked into Orloff Jewelers with very little experience when it comes to jewelry. I was immediately greeted by Melodie who was very welcoming and professional. She assisted me in finding the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and there was absolutely no pressure when it came to picking what I wanted. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable, all my questions were answered! I was offered water during my visit and found all the staff to be very hospitable. I felt so comfortable I even asked a male employee what he thought of the ring I had chosen. I highly recommend this jeweler to anyone in the market for something sparkly! I will absolutely return for all my future needs! Great job Orloff Jewelers!

I don't normally write reviews, but I was blown away by the excellent customer service I received recently at Orloff Jewelers. I was willed an antique diamond ring from my aunt a couple of years ago, being that I am single I have not had use for it. I hear an advertisement recently about Orloff Jewelers purchasing jewelry. I was skeptical about selling a family heirloom, and was really more curious of the value of the ring. I called to make an appointment, and surprisingly I found out that the owner of the store was also the buyer, and had a very open schedule durring the week to meet with me. I went in the very next day, and was greeted by Mr. Orloff's cheerful staff. I was offered a water or coffee and a comfertable chair to sit in. Mr. Orloff came out promptly looked me in the eyes and shook my hand while introducing himself making me more comfertable. He gave me excellent advise in regards to my ring, and really made me feel like he was giving me an honest and legitimate opinion. Instead of him purchasing the ring he advised that I have it cleaned up and hold on to it. He cleaned and checked it for me at no charge. All in all the Mr. Orloff and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They have earned a lifetime customer.

Orloff Jewelers in Fig Garden Village has always made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to make our experience the best it could be! James is a knowledgeable jeweler I have worked with them for years and I would recomend coming to Orloff Jewelers for ANY of your jewelery needs, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewelery
