I had excellent service for my problem child air conditioner. The problems were fixed effectively and QUICKLY. I decided to replace my old air conditioner with a newer energy efficient model and didn't think twice about calling OAC back to do the job. i had my A/C checked and repaired two weeks ago. now it's not working again for the exact same reason. they overcharged me and they did not even fix it correctly.
