Not Just Hair

Indeed. Customer Service is a thing of the past for this salon. Mass Production is its style. My bf's Mother gave me a Xmas gift (salon package with "Not Just Hair") with an expiration date of 6/21/2010. Well, apparently they hired a Marketing Team to generate these packages. In the interim, indicative of their success (haha), they lost their manicurist and their Esthetician and to remedy the situation, screwed the customer. They will no longer honor my package even though the expiration date on the package saids 6/21/10 (fraud?). There was a long and involved explanation of how they got screwed by this Marketing Team. My response to this is: Why is your business dealing with the Marketing Team my business? I think that this is a business dealing that this salon should have handled and not shared with its customers. With that said, I pointed this out to them and they started shouting at me demanding that I continue to listen to their failed business dealing. I am a potential customer, not the owner. A successful salon would have handled this matter by honoring the package instead of berating its customers like 2 year olds. Forwarned is forarmed. Be caution of these salon's ethics.
