General Info

In compliance with Centers for Disease Control recommendations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect our patients and staff. Do not come to the office if you have been exposed to or under quarantine for COVID exposure or sick, fever, cough, etc. You will not be allowed in the office with out a mask or face covering. We do not supply masks. Children under 2 years do not require masks. Only the patient that is scheduled will be allowed in the office. No guests unless minor patient and parent, or patient and caregiver. A patient that needs help with frame selection can have a guest, but only when ready for frame selection.
