Finally a medical supply company that genuinely cares about their customers! After trying several other big company competitors for the last few years and being totally fed up with having to be their full-time babysitter, calling them over and over to get our case attention, someone finally recommended G7 Medical. What a heaven send! Holly and Jocelin in the office are GREAT, they are so on top of things and have kept us informed all along the long road of working with therapists and insurance. Rob Levine has come all the way to us (we live near Sacramento) multiple times with different wheelchairs so that we could make sure we got exactly what our daughter needed. Thank you so much! This is a small company with huge professionalism and care for their clients. I could not be more happy to recommend G7 Medical!

I needed help with preparing my mom's bathroom to aid her in getting in and out of her bathtub. The girls at the retail shop were such a great help with all my questions! I'm glad they do no accept returns as I would never want to use something for sanitary/ medical reasons that someone else had used. You never know what the prior person did to the product. Thank you again G7 for your excellent service!

I needed a wheelchair copany for my elderly mother in Fresno. I live in San Diego and it is difficult to find help long distance. G7 went above and beyond for my mom and for that I am grateful.

Company has poor return policy.

Does not respond well to needs of consumer.
