FunTime Party Rentals

For our engagement party... I need linens& chairs. The party was to be held on the 4th of July. I called & reserved in advance& was told I could pick up my rentals the day before. So I thought that would be great!
My fiancé calls the company, speaks with Anthony & confirms that he will be there by 5pm. My fiancé arrives before 5pm, but the business was closed! At this point my fiancé was really upset, because he had personally spoke to Anthony early that day.
After he tells me the story, I call the business& get no answer.. So I left a concerned message. The next day (day of the party) I get a call in the morning from Anthony letting me know I could now go get the rentals. So I do just that, giving him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just miscommunication about store hours.
I get to the business...walk inside, Anthony tells me the total... I hand him my Visa debit card...he turns to me & says he doesn't take credit cards!!! Mind you... Their were 3 credit card machines next to him! I asked him again... This time he SLAMS his hands on the table!!! In a RAGE!!! Yells at me to get out of his business! Saying that he "Will NOT do business with me!!!"
I was totally shocked & even a bit scared... Then a second man walks out like some sort of bodyguard& I leave!!!
Still in shock! I was left the day of my party which was also a major holiday looking to find last minute party rentals! Thankfully I did!
My advise to anyone lured in by "Fun Time Party Rentals" Don't do it!!!!! Unreliable & very unprofessional!

Worst business EVER!!! They dont answer or return your calls. They said they would be back next day between 10-1, never showed up and couldnt get a hold of them. Wasted our whole entire Mothers Day waiting on these guys! Manager and delivery guys are beyond RUDE! Not only that, the delivery guys tried to break in through my side gate to get to the backyard. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!

They do all of my parties and I always get what I want. The employees are very professional.And the prices are GREAT!!!

They are always on time to drop off and pick up. I will never go with another company!!!!Thanks Fun Time Party Rentals!!!
