Fix Auto Fresno Body Works South

I regret taking my car here. After reading all the good reviews I was convinced that this place would do their job right the first time. Terrible decision!! First all they took forever to repair my car. Yeah, just like any other auto shop they make up excuses "parts are not in" " we are waiting for this, we are waiting for that." Okay fine, I get it.. I know they have plenty of other cars to get to before mine and they might be in a hurry to be done, but again all of their customers should be their top priority, which they made feel like I wasn't. Okay so after my car was "completely repaired" according to them. I noticed that the alignment was not the best, there were scratches here and there and on to top it off some of the parts they replaced are not OEM parts!! Okay well so I took my car back in to get the "minor details" done, again they took their sweet time. Now after a few weeks of driving my car around some of the parts they replaced are coming apart.. I'm going to be back in again..Ugh! Let's see how long they are going to take this time around.. I advise you to not take your vehicle here.!! Not unless you are willing to be very, very patient, and make several trips back.

My insurance sent me to this shop and i'm not happy with the work they did. I hit a pole and put some scratches on my drivers door and a dent on my side rear panel..when i pick up my car it really look great but the drivers door doesn't close the same and the window makes a noise when i roll it up. I did also notice that my door handle wasn't painted completely. I do have an appointment with them to get these fix..I don't normally complain but this is my car. I will see if they fix everything and i walk away happy..I will get back and post.
