Terrible lunch experience! Waitress was surly, didn’t write our orders, got everything I ordered wrong! Steak was under done, but waitress argued about it; when re-cooked, it was burned! Will never return to this location!!

I personally love this place a dish I recommend is the scarface it is sooo good!
I tried everything even the steak I'm actually about to order now lol so delicious you must call!

My husband and I went to eat there today and was taken back by the customer service they provided. I ordered a Calzone (which I love Calzone's and have a lot in my life time). But this one was not to my liking. Now I'm sure this Calzone was made the way its supposed to, but it was not the way I thought it would be. I've always got one that was like a folded up pizza...this was like a very tough chewy dough thingy filled with meats, bell peppers and cheese...topped with too much sauce that is like a spaghetti sauce full of bell peppers.... not pizza sauce (it was not what I pictured it to be). Now again I know its probably my fault for not reading the discription better, but I only could eat maybe 4 bites and that was it. I couldnt eat anymore, it was not too my liking. I told the waitress and she said since it wasnt thier mistake...I couldnt substitute the meal for something else that I would WANT to eat. Now I'm sorry... but if I wanted to keep customers, especially in this economy, I would have done ANYTHING to make sure my customer would leave well fed and happy. She did offer to get me something else but I would have had to pay for 2 dishes...NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion. I will not eat there again.
