Don’t let the area deceive you. This café may not look like an upscale establishment but for those of us searching for the traditional “Mom and Pop” it is perfect. They open early which is a plus for us. They welcome those with motorcycles. Best of all is the food and service. The coffee is hot and better than most places. The food is delicious … try the pancakes, they make the best apricot and blueberry cakes and the homemade syrup on the top is delicious. For the traditional American breakfast of ham/sausage/bacon and eggs they do it justice. They have daily specials that are reasonably priced. The service is great. I always enjoy it when the owners are willing to come and start up a conversation with the customers. I recommend this as a stop on your way to the coast when leaving the Fresno area, it is just a small jump off and on Hwy 41 … you remember the days when the highway went through the small town of Easton …. This just brings you back to that time and place.
