Concentra Urgent Care

I just so happened to hurt myself at work and had to go to concentra! Never did I think such a painful experience could turn out so well. The staff went above and beyond to help me get threw the process. The front desk team was on there business something serious!!!! they made me feel like they were really on my side with the heart felt compassion for my situation.. Ever step of the process was amazing. The professional level was off the meter. Hands down I had the best nurse in the world. She was a beautiful Angel send just to help me out lol. Thank you to the whole staff and management for such a good experience. I would like to go out of my way to give a special thanks to my amazing nurse M.C. she was the bomb lol

Went in for a physical today (4/1/16) solely for my new job. I was a walk-in (the only one of the day) and was 1 of 4 people in the lobby by 8am. Initially, I was denied services, but minutes later, "the Dr." decided to "see me," (Which made no sense after my visit because the "Dr." didn't do anything to/with me, let alone talk to me). It was a bunch of scrub-wearing employees who spent every second (literally) chit-chatting with one another who performed all the tests. Instructions for me (as a client/patient) were very minimal, most of them uttered in a lowly manner, and not directed towards me (with their backs to me) at times as they jumped right into their conversations. What offended me the most was the fact that the Nurse Practitioner had the audacity to tell me to "give birth..." and "get rid of this (my gut)," then mildly slapped my stomach with a backhand after having me follow several commands. He was very rude. By the way, I'm a 31 year old man and the NP wasn't joking.
