Mmmmmm. Food is fresh & delicious. Service depends on location I think. I always go to the Figarden one but since the other one opened I've noticed a change in service. Maybe bcuz now owners r at that location... ? I dunno but owners r very sweet. They take the time going table to table to see how everything is going, they make sure u have a pleasant experience. I love it & it's the ONLY place I will go & pay for breakfast. Pancakes r a must!

I've been there a few times and the pancakes are very good ( depending on who cooks that day). The setup is you seat yourself, go to the casher to place your order and they bring your order out. Drinks are self serve as well. The whole set up is like Burger King. This morning we went in, found a table and then were told there is a waiting list, no sign at the entry. They need to change a few things if they are self seat one day and not the next so you don't look like an idiot cause of their lack of organization.

Do not come here, they take along time with getting your order out, I ordered bacon which is additional, when it came out it was still raw, I asked the owner for cooked bacon he took the raw bacon and never returned with my cooked bacon.
