        I'm going to rate this technician that came out to diagnose the system.

        Arctic Circle technician came by promptly as stated. I provided details about the AC symptoms. After 30 minutes (charged me for two hours of service) of looking at the unit, he gave me a break down on what was wrong with it. He quoted 7000 dollars to replace the unit, over 2g's to replace the compressor, and 500-700 to refill the system to temporary fix it. All the quotes he gave me was too expensive, and it was questionable.

        Later that day, I had a different technician from another company to look at the AC unit. I stated my problem, and he found out without taking 30 minutes to do so. The technician said my AC blower motor was not aligned and all he needed to do was replacing the loose screw. Now, I have cold air again in my house.

        I'm not saying the technician from Arctic Circle misdiagnosed my system on needing more Freon, but requiring new parts to be replaced was shady to me. Please do a more thorough diagnostic for what I paid for, just saying.

        Had a great experience with the owner Gui, he came to our commercial kitchen, quickly was able to diagnos the problem, not only with my walk-in refrigerator but also showed me how to maintain my quipment stove and ice machine.

        Very Very knowledgeable, Best AC repair man for my commerical kitchen. I highly recommend.
