Established in 1998, American Warehouse is a concrete tiltup 412,000-square foot building. The warehouse has seven self-contained 50,000-square foot rooms with two-hour firewalls, automatic fire doors and a looped fire hydrant system surrounding it. Each room can hold 106,000 gallons of water and material for a total of 742,000 gallons. It has a flammable room that is 37,000 square feet in area. The warehouse has a 200-horsepower fire pump that supplies the sprinkler system pumping 2,000 gallons per minute. American Warehouse has four ground level doors for loading and 21 dock high doors.
