My account from Alpine was sold to Sparkletts, that's when the horror begins. The Sparkletts customer experience is the WORST example, at all levels of of this extortion machine. If you think that they have a delivery schedule, it's whenever THEY decide to show up. If your ordered a specific product they would substitute with a lesser product without approval and charge your account for their choice. Their record keeping is so sub par that I was charged for UN-returned bottles that I personally carried to the driver's truck. Evidently, resolving customer issues is handled by a committee because each time I call trying to resolve even the simplest issue I'm usually told by the rep that they have to email another henchman/woman for a decision. OMG!!! I Had a $10 charge that I wanted removed due to Sparkletts' error. "If you want to ruin your credit over $10 that's up to you sir", is what their water rep told me! You would be doing yourself a favor by avoiding this bully of a business!

I was there was a 0 star option. If you call their customer service, they have you push whatever number coincides with your issue. No matter what number you press you get directed to "billing", then they have to transfer you. I sat on hold for 55 minutes before hanging up and dialing again. Then sat on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and called back the next day, hold for another 20 minutes. I called back and asked for a manager, I was on hold for 15 more minutes. I called back and asked to cancel my account, she said "I can't do that, I'll have to transfer you", and I've been on hod for 45 more minutes. I have been on hold for over 2 and half hours over the last 2 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, HEED THE WARNINGS!

Horrible customer service. Always adding on extra charges. Always got the run around when calling. I will never do business with them again

Awful service (wasted so much time and rescheduled around their time as they are never available until we got our first delivery). Awful delivery service (The deliver guy finally made it to our place after multiple planning and missing his delivery dates. The delivery guy agreed there is something wrong with the machine he delivered but he said we have to call in for replacement!!!!). Awful products (their water dispenser makes way too much noise and it made with very cheap plastic and looks ugly and above all it does not work properly).



We called in for service and they gave us the run around wasting our time.



Don't waste your time on this brand.
