Ilovekickboxing - Fresh Meadows

ILKB Fresh Meadows has made a positive impression and impact on me. I bought the groupon for classes, but ended up joining right away. I normally get bored with the gym and the other fitness classes I have taken in the past, but ILKB Fresh Meadows is different. The staff is amazing!!! I've taken classes with almost all of them, and all of them constantly push you, and are always willing to help you. Their workouts are tough and they push you to be in the best shape possible. Since being a member at ILKB Fresh Meadows, I've noticed that I am able to do more and more with each class I take.

I do not regret joining, I ALWAYS look forward to class. I highly reccomend this to anyone who wants to relieve stress, wants to try something new, or just looking for a new workout routine.

Funfilled friendly environment. Its clean' instructors work with you one and one as needed no ones left out. I enjoy my sessions here and would reccomend this place🥊

I just recently joined ILKB and from the start i knew it was special. I love that fact that i am constantly being pushed mentally and physically. With the help of all the couches it's like having multiple personal trainers.It's a nice feeling to be working out and focused on only that, it's an hour gateway from life in a way. Definitely a strong recommendation to at least try it out for the $19.99 for 3 classes. It's cheap and you have no real loss because it includes free gloves with it ! Win win!

I transferred from another ILKB location to Fresh Meadow not long ago.

I really loved the enthusiasm they run the class.

I chose to transfer her because there are more class time to choose with (They even have 6am class).

My classmates and instructors are friendly, encouraging and not competitive.

Instructor Ricky gave me a lot of good advice on my form.

Before going to ilovekickboxing, I had always wanted to try a kickboxing class. After the first class, I was hooked. I run, I go to the gym, I play soccer, and this is definitely one of the best workout I have ever done.

The highlight of my weekends. The instructors are awesome, the music is great, and it's a very inclusive environment! The workout is AWESOME!

I absolutely love this place! Always a great workout and so much fun! The staff is great and know how to make you feel comfortable even if you have no experience kickboxing in your life! Highly recommend joining!

LOVE this place! and the people! The trainers are one of a kind! Very helpful and supportive, different routines, different music, DJ nights are the best, good music at every class and most important GREAT work outs! Good location, parking is always available, classes start on time, they have water and nice merchandise for sale. The studio is always clean! Must go destination!
