        Thoroughbred Luxury Limousine Service is a DISSEVICE.
        They came with a car that was dysfunctional. They first said the replacement would be there in 15 minutes so we waited. IT TOOK 2 HOURS to send a replacement. They said "look at the contract : we are not responsible for breakdowns" which caused us to be 2 HOURS LATE for a FAMILY WEDDING. To add insult to injury they still charged us FULL PRICE. So if you are a gambler who does not mind losing alot then Thoroughbred Luxury Limousine Service is right for you....... but READ the contract where contrary to the key American service phrase "the customer is ALWAYS WRONG"
