If you select any of the most popular parks on Long Island as your venue for the event we will cut through all the red tape and secure a permit, absolutely free of charge! Our friendly and professional catering staff will provide everything needed; set-up, equipment, cook, serve, cleanup and most of all "cater" to all your guests needs.
