Mr Fence

Had appointment scheduled for 8 AM they show at 2 PM and at 4 They was ready to leave without finishing job.

Second appointment they nonstop complaining about what they need to do and nonstop used unappropriated language toward me.

Office was rude to me. Because of the minor obstacles on the work, which they estimated and calculated, they drop job in the middle and left without any explanation.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! STAY AWAY, IF YOU DO NOT NEED HEADACHE!!!

The sales process was great, everyone in the company was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. On install day we had problems with the crew fighting and throwing fence posts in our yard, it was loud and disruptive to my children and quite unprofessional.



Our main issue is that the fence was not placed on our property line. We had removed a fence and asked (on the day that they came out to measure as well as on the day of install) that the previous post holes be used, we were told this was no problem. It was however, not done on one side of our yard. Along only one side they drilled new holes which moved the fence in about 1 foot. When we asked about this we were told our old fence must have been "off our property line." We disputed this with the survey markers that were in our yard and this time we were told that using those previous holes "would have disrupted our sprinkler system" (this makes NO sense and if it was the case why was that not explained to us or used as the 1st explanation?). The owner asked what I wanted him to do about it, I told him I wanted my fence moved to it's proper location he responded with "I am not moving your fence" and hung up on me.



This is all in addition to some issues with the actual fence that Mr. Fence did correct (although it took over a month and many phone calls). I would not recommend this company to anyone, the customer service we received once our order was placed was awful.
