With the addition of our Urgent Orthopedic Care service we can usually see patients the same day for urgent needs. To determine the cause of your hip pain, a physician at AOSMI will discuss your symptoms and medical history and perform a thorough physical examination, which may include a FABER (flexion, abduction, and external rotation) test as well as imaging, such as an X-ray or MRI.
