Dee-Jays Custom Butchering

I've bought whole pigs from Curly Tail Organic farm and had them processed at Dee Jays for each of the past 3 years. The processing quality has gone downhill considerably. The last pig we had done was barely trimmed (one roast still had hair on it), some of of the cuts were just plain cut wrong (like things made into chops that clearly weren't loins and just all fat), and the vacuum packing was awful. I also had 4 or 5 packs of end bacon cuts rather than just the normal one or two. We're going elsewhere this year.
