Pediatric Dentistry of Fredericksburg

Dr. Edwards was fantastic in a recent emergency. While on vacation, our son broke a tooth and needed an extraction. We found PDF on Google and left a message with the emergency service, not sure if they would just call back a non-patient. Dr. Edwards not only called back but reviewed photos, provided advice, and scheduled us for an appointment the next morning. At the office, the staff was just as great as the doc. It was a bit of a tough job as my kid ended up having 3 teeth removed. Dr Justin was really GREAT with him and they got the job done as quickly as possible. And for all that, we were hit with a bill that was way more reasonable than we anticipated. If I lived near Fredericksburg, we’d switch dentists immediately!

I called to make an apt and the office receptionist told me that the Dr doesn't handle want I needed and hung the phone up on me, after she told me to look in the phone book! RUDE! Let another office collect your money!
