Motel 6

I was visiting the area and couldn't get reservations at the other Motel6 a few miles up north on Warrenton Rd. where I've stayed before. Over the phone, the staff were less than friendly, when I arrived there, it was worse. The girl had attitude and got even more pissy when I asked if she over charged me. No, she had in fact charged me about $70.00 on a week night for what would be a night in hell. The room next door was being reconstructed and this guy must have started at 3:00am! There were drug deals going on in the parking lot, the tub looked like it came from a war zone, the A/C didn't cool anything and after a while it made a loud "i'm broken" sound and I think I got a skin rash from the bed sheets. So nasty.



Stay away from this pit. I've since learned that there are two types of Motel6 establishments: Corporate and Franchise. Stay at a corporate if possible. Trust me on that one.
