Heart and Soul Computer

My 11-year old desktop was dying....went to H&S for an upgrade and ultimately purchased a used system that James & Maury upgraded and customized for dual monitors, reinstalled backups, etc, Works great and have had excellent after sale service to tweek it after installation at home. Highly recommended.

First let me start by saying that when I tried to install a new graphics card it caused a virus in my computer to act up and I could not even start my computer without it going to blue screen. At first I assumed it was something I did wrong installing my new card incorrectly. I took it in and they told me that the issue was probably virus related and that I should just do a clean re-install of my operating system.



After hearing this I took it home and I could not find the disc to be able to complete this action I called down there and they told me in a very friendly way how to possibly be able to create a new disc. Sadly I did not have a CD burner at the time since my computer would not work and I could not get my USB to get detected by my computer so I decided to take it in again.



They were very kind and let me borrow their windows CD allowing me to re install it inside their store, while simultaneously letting me install my video card to make sure that it was working properly along with my computer and also helped me install a free anti virus and answer any questions I had even learning some things about computers and how they work in the process !



Honestly they are very frank and will tell you straight what is wrong with your computer honestly and bluntly sometimes requiring them to do a diagnostic and if you work with them they are more then happy to get your computer working no strings attached. It was only my second time visiting them and they treated me like a regular I will come back to them any time I have issues with my computer and I would suggest anyone do the same!

Took my desktop there to have the hard drive replaced. They replaced the hard drive and copied my files from the old hard drive to the new one. They were friendly and took care of business quickly and efficiently. Excellent choice for computer repair.

Took my lap top to get my screen replaced. They told me my hard drive was bad when in fact it was because they didn't reinstall it correctly. 30 min Google search by my spouse and machine now is in great working order. Wouldn't rec this place to fix an Etch O Sketch!
