Fredericksburg Smile Center

If you are looking for a dentist in the Fredericksburg area, the SMILE Center will only cause you to frown. Not only will you have to tell them everything about you just to have a regular check-up but you will be greeted by unfriendly staff. However, the dental staff is good. But they will laser your teeth to find the smallest cavity that has just started. I was initially surprised they found 3 cavities since I have not had one in many many years. I paid my 20% and 2 weeks later received a bill because the "normal" everyday fillings I thought I was getting were not completely covered by my insurance. When my husband and I inquired about the extra charge, we were both treated on multiple separate occasions disrespectfully and they tried to even avoid responding to our queries. See next entry....
